16th Century Italian Mace

Talk about an item which is well made and very real, effective and has a lot of history. For centuries the mace has have been a symbol of power. European maces suggested wealth and status to their owners, however their use was not exclusive to the privileged. This mace has 8 flanges and is made from steel which has been blackened to a deep luster. The bottom of the shaft is wrapped in black leather for an improved grip. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®.
