Low Shipping Cost: Unlike vendors that over charged customers shipping rates, all of our customers pay low accurate shipping rates on their order.
Quality Control: Prior to shipment, all orders undergo inspection to ensure merchandise matches order and are not defective.
Status Updates: From the time an order is placed, to the time an order ships, our customers receive e-mail status notifications every step of the way.
Tracking Information: Our customers are sent tracking numbers and information for all orders.
All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders that have choose UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, 2 Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early AM, as their shipping method, will ship within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the order. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes. Backorder items will not follow the above procedures.
Note that ship time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, etc) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers. For international orders, your item/items may be delayed because of customs and transit.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information.
We do not ship to PO BOX
We do ship international but some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
